e a s y a c c e s s gritty floors disruptive noise
the location was NEAR the train station allowing easy access to walks.
I found the room wasn't as clean as it could be. the floors felt a little GRITTY, and there was dust in some corners. i also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from other rooms which was disruptive.

accessible location spacious room cold room ordinary place
I appreciated the accessible location for trails and the lake. It is conveniently situated across from the train station. Buses pass on the main road, improving accessibility. The room I had was more spacious than I expected.
The room was too cold. The heating did not provide enough heat when turned up all the way. The facilities do not seem worth the price. I paid 112€ per night. I think the place is ordinary.

The location was good, being right near the national park.
The lack of included bed linens was frustrating, especially considering the cost. Paying extra for linens felt excessive. The room cleaning policy also bothered me. I did not like that guests are expected to clean before departure.
